Wash the peaches thoroughly and chop them into chunks, removing the pits.

Add the chopped peaches, milk or yogurt, honey or sugar, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks, leaving space for expansion as it freezes.

Freeze the popsicles for at least 4–6 hours or until solid. Run molds under warm water to release.
