Rinse the peaches under cold water and pat them dry. Cut each peach in half and carefully remove the pits.

Set the grill or grill pan to medium heat. Brush the cut side of each peach half with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.

Place the warm peaches on a serving plate. Top each half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with optional toppings.
