Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.

Place peach halves on grill, cut side down, for 3–4 minutes until caramelized.

Place brie on a foil sheet and grill for 5 minutes until gooey.

Plate the grilled peaches and brie with honey drizzle and garnish of thyme or mint.
