01 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
04 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 2 large eggs

09 - Blue food coloring
10 - 1 cup white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the dry ingredients and cream the butter and sugars. Combine wet and dry, then divide the dough into three portions.
02 - Use food coloring to tint two portions red and blue, leaving one white. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
03 - Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
