Wash and dry the okra thoroughly. Trim the stems and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over okra. Toss to coat evenly.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread okra on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove okra from oven, taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish and serve immediately!
