01 - 4 pork chops
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Mince garlic and measure out butter, cream, and parmesan.
02 - Heat butter in a skillet and sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
