Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Mince garlic and measure out butter, cream, and parmesan.

Heat butter in a skillet and sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic in the remaining butter. Add heavy cream and parmesan, whisking until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.

Plate the pork chops with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
